English Tourism Week Opening

For the first time the Church of the Holy Sepulchre is taking part in English Tourism week.  As custodians of this unique historic building we know how important tourism is to local communities, tourist sites and the local economy.

During English Tourism Week we will be open on the following days.

Tuesday 17th – 12 – 2pm – open for self-guided tours.

Saturday 21st – 2pm-4pm – there will be a guide on site should you need a guided tour.

Saturday 21st – 7-8.30pm – Open for Candlelight Tours. You will be amazed what you can see with the lights off. Bring a torch and explore medieval graffiti , stonemasons marks and witching marks.

As an initiative for Visit England we are proud to play a part. Come and visit us and learn about our incredible building, the stories of those who have looked after this building and those who called this church their home.

Hope to see you there.
